Refund policy
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged, faulty, or there is a product issue. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please email hello@clubmera.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible. If your item is faulty, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including the cost of your original delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that are no longer wanted or for shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
