Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

If CLUBMERA is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

GENERAL SHIPPING FEES

UK delivery only. 

Standard delivery is via 48hr Royal Mail.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

UK Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship outside the UK. We do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Restrictions
  • Orders are shipped daily
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship to military or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.
  • Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next business day.

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.
