SHIPPING
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing CLUB MERA products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
PRE-ORDER TERMS – THE FIRST 200 ORDERS
1. Limited Pre-Order Release
CLUB MERA’s first production run is available as a limited online pre-order of 200 orders only. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the allocation is sold out, the pre-order window will close.
We reserve the right to close the pre-order early if allocation is reached.
2. Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
3. Estimated Dispatch
This is a pre-order product. Estimated dispatch is end of March, 2026.
If production timelines change, we will notify you via email. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of opened items.
If CLUB MERA is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
GENERAL SHIPPING FEES
UK delivery only.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
UK Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship outside the UK. We do not offer international shipping
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders are shipped Monday & Friday
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We do not ship to military or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.
- Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next business day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
All orders are packaged using recyclable or reusable materials to minimise environmental impact.
